Powerful Soft Rock

Feel like going way back?

These POWER soft rock BALLADS will take you there.
And they are all I want to listen to today.
In ranking order:

1.  At This Moment- Billy Vera (released when I was -3 years old. 1981.)
2.  How Am I Supposed To Live Without You -  Michael Bolton (Released when I was 5.)
3.  Didn't We Almost Have It All -  Whitney Houston (I was 3.)
4.  Anything for Love- Meatloaf (Big double digits... 10 years old.)

All songs my sister Andi would have played on her made-up radio station "26.9 The Fantasy Line."  I think I'll post about that tomorrow.

In the meantime, try NOT to sing along.  It's impossible.

1981... I was... Lord help me. Nine.

Tony and I play this game all the time when we are in his car because it comes up with the year and artist.

I crack up when something comes up from 1981. I was 9. He was 18.

HA! He can lose weight, not go gray, but I will ALWAYS be younger that him!

I remember singing that Billy Vera song when I was a kid - I thought I was all alone, and I was getting really into it, pounding on the cupboards in the kitchen, and then my mom laughed from behind a door at me. I was so embarrassed.

You forgot "Love is On the Way" by Saigon Kick.

Also, I now have Meatloaf's albums spinning through my brain. And only 7 hours left of work.

I could listen to Meatloaf's 'I'd Do Anything For Love' on a continuous loop and be happy and soul satisfied and drive my kids crazy. A win win situation!
